Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026

What FireTag Pro collects, why, who processes it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: only what you type into the signup form, one confirmation email, analytics only if you allow it, and deletion whenever you ask.

  1. 01

    What this site is

FireTag Pro is a product we are considering building. It is not available yet. This site describes the idea and asks people who would use it to join an early access list, so we can find out whether it is worth building and talk to the people it is for.

  2. 02

    What we collect

When you send the signup form we collect only what you type into it, which is:

    • your email address, your name, company name, phone, state, your answer to "How many technicians?", your answer to "Which services do you offer?", your answer to "What do you use today?" and your answer to "Accounting software". Fields marked optional can be left blank.
    • The page you signed up from, and the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you followed, if it had any, so we can tell which pages and channels bring signups.
    • When you visit, our host records your IP address, browser and the page requested in its request logs, as every web server does.
  3. 03

    Why we use it

To decide whether to build the product, to understand what the people who signed up need, and to contact you about it: to tell you before anything launches, and possibly to ask for a short call. That is the whole of it. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence.

  4. 04

    The confirmation email

Right after you sign up we send one email confirming it, from FireTag Pro. Replies go to hello@firetagpro.com. If someone else signed up with your address, ignore it and nothing more is sent; or reply and we will delete the entry.

  5. 05

    Cookies and analytics

There are no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site and no cross-site tracking of any kind. The only cookies set without asking are the two that remember the privacy choice you made. The one optional tool is Google Analytics, which runs only if you allow analytics. The cookie policy names every one of them, what it is for, and how long it lasts.

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without setting a cookie or writing anything to your device.

  6. 06

    Who processes it

These companies handle data on our behalf so the site can work.

    • Vercel: hosting for this site, including request logs (which record your IP address and browser for a short period) and Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without setting a cookie or writing anything to your device.
    • Supabase: the database where the signup form's answers are stored. Only the fields you fill in are sent, along with the page you signed up from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
    • Resend: sends the one confirmation email after you sign up. It receives your email address and the email's text.
    • Google Analytics: counts visits, which pages get read and where visitors came from, and records that the signup form was sent, so we know whether this site is worth building on. It runs in your browser, and only where you have allowed it. Its own privacy policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
  7. 07

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" is next to it, and one click switches off Google Analytics, along with everything else behind the analytics and advertising switches. We do not sell personal information for money. A Global Privacy Control signal does the same without you having to click anything.

  8. 08

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep your signup for as long as we are evaluating whether to build this product, and delete it when we stop, or sooner if you ask. Request logs are kept by our host for a short period under its own retention settings.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@firetagpro.com or reply to the confirmation email. We will act on it without asking you to explain why.

  9. 09

    Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

  10. 10

    Changes and contact

If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page changes first and the effective date at the top is revised.

FireTag Pro is operated by Sales Xceleration Strategies LLC (organized in Colorado), which is the controller of the information described here. Questions go to hello@firetagpro.com.
